SUPPORT AND TRAINING
Don’t worry, experience isn’t always required. Whether you’re a recent graduate or considering a career change, don’t be afraid! Every newcomer will undergo thorough training to get up to speed quickly. In the first few weeks, you’ll receive support from our experienced trainers and teammates on the production line. We don’t want you to feel like you’re adrift without a lifeline – with us, you’ll learn all the new processes and procedures in a relaxed and friendly environment.
THE MAGIC OF THREE-DAY WORKING SHIFTS
A three-day work shift brings many benefits. Our employees often refer to it as an indirect benefit, allowing them to enjoy a long weekend, spend more time with family, or pursue their hobbies. How does it work? You can choose between two fixed 12-hour shifts. The first shift runs from Sunday to Tuesday, while the second covers Wednesday to Friday. And once a month, you will have a scheduled Saturday shift.

If you have skilled hands and prefer putting things together, our server manufacturing line will excite you. On the other hand, if you’re fascinated by automated technologies that respond to your commands, then the automotive production line is perfect for you. Both of our production lines are unique and offer exciting challenges. Thanks to the diversity of processes, both new employees and existing ones who want to expand their knowledge and explore new areas will find their place with us.

Where should I send my CV?
For each vacancy, you will find a response form that will guide you through the next steps, including when to attach your CV and a few words about yourself.
What should I bring to the interview?
Unless you have made other arrangements with the recruiter, you do not need to bring anything to the interview. We have your resume and look forward to meeting you in person.
How much time should I reserve for the interview?
The interview usually lasts no more than one hour. You will be told in advance by the recruiter how much time to reserve. Allow time for your journey to us as you never know what will delay you on the way. You should announce your arrival at reception.
I'm through the selection process. How and when will I know what happens next?
The recruiter will discuss with you at the end of the interview when they will let you know the result. We usually get back to you very quickly and never delay in responding.
