Joining Forces
Our department is divided into three main segments, which indirectly define the character of our company. The first is the team of test engineers, who ensure that our products are always of the highest quality. The IT team is responsible for networks, servers, and end-user devices. Last but not least, we can’t forget the team that takes care of our production applications – the “fisáci.”
The test team deals with finished servers, which they stress test and thoroughly verify their functionality. In addition to standard tests, they simulate real operational situations and look for opportunities to optimize performance. Their work is key to ensuring the superior quality and reliability of our products. If you are attracted to working with state-of-the-art technology and finding functional solutions, this is the place for you.
A diverse team that ensures the smooth running of the entire infrastructure. Supports end users, manages hardware and network infrastructure. It also manages dozens of physical and hundreds of virtual Windows/Linux servers that support key business processes, from day-to-day administration to production applications. This team is the backbone of the entire company - their work often goes behind the curtain, but nothing would work without them.
FIS team manages internal systems, databases and applications that are essential for the smooth running of production. In addition to maintaining and optimizing current systems, they are involved in implementing new solutions that improve the efficiency and automation of production processes. If you enjoy working with databases, system administration, or finding ways to make manufacturing even more streamlined and faster, this is the team to join.

Where should I send my CV?

What should I bring to the interview?
Unless you have made other arrangements with the recruiter, you do not need to bring anything to the interview. We have your resume and look forward to meeting you in person.
How much time should I reserve for the interview?
The interview usually lasts no more than one hour. You will be told in advance by the recruiter how much time to reserve. Allow time for your journey to us as you never know what will delay you on the way. You should announce your arrival at reception.
I'm through the selection process. How and when will I know what happens next?
The recruiter will discuss with you at the end of the interview when they will let you know the result. We usually get back to you very quickly and never delay in responding.
