We’ve Come a Long Way
Establishment of a Parent Company
Inventec was founded in 1975 in Taiwan.
First Branch in the Czech Republic
We started producing servers for HPE in 2006 in Modřice.
Second Branch in the Czech Republic
In 2019, we opened our second branch in the Czech Republic in Slatina, where we started manufacturing PCs and PC components.
Blučina
At the end of 2024, we opened a brand new plant in Blučina, and 2025 will mark the 50th anniversary of Inventec.

Our Committee
In our company, committees play a key role in creating a better working environment, ensuring employee satisfaction and promoting sustainability. Each committee focuses on specific areas that together contribute to making our company a responsible employer and part of the community.
The Social Committee focuses on promoting interpersonal relationships, psychological well-being and overall employee satisfaction. It creates a space where employees can be heard and suggestions addressed.

The Sustainability Committee focuses on environmental responsibility and occupational safety. It delivers innovative solutions for a more sustainable future.

- Waste management: Promoting recycling and efficient waste management.
- Sustainable innovation: Introducing eco-friendly solutions such as reducing plastic.

The GA Committe is focused on improving the day-to-day working environment and ensuring quality services for staff. Together with external partners, it creates conditions that make staff feel comfortable at work.
