Working at Inventec is full of diverse challenges, which makes every day different and prevents you from falling into a stereotype. In the less than 9 years I have been here, we have managed to take things to a much higher level and we are far from finished.

Although my life hasn’t always gone exactly according to my childhood dreams – I didn’t become a famous artist, I don’t have a villa by the sea, and I don’t have endless vacations – I have found my place at Inventec as a production supervisor. Every day I marvel at how reality can surprise even the most well thought out plans so I can solve problems that “no one” caused.The dynamics of the job keep me on my toes and never knowing what will go wrong next, and the element of surprise is priceless. Some days are challenging, other days are even more challenging, but at least it’s varied. After all, what would life be without a good dose of adrenaline and unexpected surprises.

I have been working at Inventec for 9 years and during this time I have not only developed my skills professionally but also established long-term friendly relationships with my colleagues. Working here is full of challenges and each project is unique, which requires constant learning of new things.This dynamic has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally and continues to motivate me to improve and push the boundaries.

I create and lead a team responsible for achieving the highest level of quality in manufactured electronic components for the automotive industry. Together we meet the most demanding requirements of our customers.We place emphasis on creating a safer, more sustainable and professional working environment. Inventec is a company that builds on support and trust, strives for the best possible conditions for its employees and places great emphasis on individual development. I am an example of this myself. I started as a temp in HR and gradually worked my way up through specialist and supervisory roles into management. Today I lead the HR team and we work together to ensure that employees have fair conditions, support, growth opportunities and a good working environment. I enjoy any new or improvement projects that move us and our company forward and contribute to employee satisfaction.

I have been working in the company for 18 years, I started as an operator and gradually worked my way up to Supervisor. It has been a thorny road but the company has provided me with plenty of training so that I can move on and on. If you have the desire and interest to try new things you can move on professionally. I have tried to improve some things throughout my time in the company and I hope I am not finished and have room to move on.

I joined Inventec in the IT department 7 years ago, and at that moment I not only started a family, but also met great colleagues. The alpha and omega of IT is sharing your insights and ideas with people. Bright minds and enthusiasm are the driving force and engine of my work. In the backend, I find it most fulfilling when IT services deliver high quality and meet high standards.
